Quick Sale. We had the house listed with another agency for six months. We lost 4 contracts, nothing done to market except for being out there. The house across the street was listed by Liss and sold in 20 days. When our contract was up we contacted Liss and listed the house with her. She came in and staged the house with place settings, throw rugs, pictures, chairs on the porch and more. Everything looked so much more inviting. Liss had it marketed on several platforms and it sold in four days. Liss knew how to negotiate to get a higher price then what the buyers originally wanted to pay. I wish we signed with Liss in the first place and all would have been done six months ago. Liss is first rate and knows her stuff. You can't go wrong with her.

Don’t think the last bad review was mistaken because i had same issue yesterday and i send 3 messages never responded. I told a cash offer and u pretty much laughed at me snd another realtors called will put the offer in and not laughing. As a realtor you are not very professional. You should know the places are hat mare showing . You k ew nothing about the condos even my daughter says I were horrible . And no personality no business card . If they was the first impression . And even gave her a chance by texting her and no response

Persistent and tenacious, excellent follow up, my needs were always place first. Liss is a remarkable Real Estate Agent and mortgage originator. I was in a bit of a crisis, trying to find a home to move into and settle down. She met the challenge by taking me to homes that met my needs and helped me through the process of getting a mortgage. Phenomenal. We met Liss in the initial "get to know the Villages" phase of our journey at a random open house. While we werent interested in that house we were impressed with Liss and her knowledge and patience. We signed her as our agent immediately and were not disappointed. Liss sent us many listings in line with what we were looking for (and a few she thought might interest us) and we eventually found our Villages home. Liss was patient with us throughout our journey and was able to answer all our questions and address any reservations we may have had. You cant go wrong with Liss on your side.
